Websites With A Purpose
While working on the SouthWest Metro Chamber website, I helped simplify membership applications and make events easier to discover. A better site should make the next step easier for real people.
I stopped waiting for an opportunity and created my own. Now I help local businesses build opportunities of their own.
SCROLL TO EXPLORE ↓I started Rojas Digital Media in March 2026. Before that, I had applied to countless jobs. Not a single email back. Zero responses.
But I already had experience building websites, generating leads, and helping organizations reach people. Instead of waiting for someone to give me an opportunity, I decided to build one for myself and use those skills to serve others.
I didn't start this agency because I thought the world needed another marketing company. I started it because I knew good work could make a difference for local businesses, and I wanted to be the person doing that work.
Google matters. Rankings matter. But when we focus so much on algorithms that we forget the personality of the business, we miss the people we're trying to reach.
I want to know the person behind the company. Sometimes that starts with a question as simple as, “How are you doing?” Because great marketing isn't just about being found. It's about giving people a reason to choose you.
My approach wasn't built from theories alone. It grew out of projects where the work needed to make someone's life easier.

I'll ask questions, learn your priorities, and define the outcome. The work should fit your business, not a one-size-fits-all package.
We focus on changes that serve a purpose, whether that's helping customers find you, trust you, or reach out more easily.
You'll know what we're doing and why. I want to be known for honest communication and delivering what I say I will.
I want RDM to become a business that helps local companies grow while creating consistent, meaningful work for other people. I want to be known as someone who tells the truth, serves people well, and does what he says he'll do.
The goal isn't just to build a bigger agency. It's to build something good that makes room for other people to succeed.
Let's start with a conversation about what you're working toward.
